Account deletion
Delete your Vahan Connect account
Installers can delete their account in the app, straight away. If you don't have the app, or you have a customer account, send us the request below.
Installers: delete it in the app
- Open the Vahan Connect app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
If you still have jobs in progress or a device with you, finish or hand them back first. The app tells you what is left.
What gets deleted
- Your name, mobile number, email and password
- Your address, education, experience and occupation
- Photographs of your Aadhaar card and driving licence
- Your working hours, service zones and availability
- Your sign-in sessions and notifications
What we keep
- Installations you completed, with their photos and location, stay on the customer's record without your name or contact details.
- Customers: bookings and payments we are required to keep for tax and accounting.
- Security logs, with the personal details removed.
Ask us to delete your account
Before deleting anything we check the request comes from you, usually by calling the number you give. We aim to finish within 30 days and will tell you when it's done.
