Asked before every booking
Is a GPS tracking device mandatory for my vehicle?
For most commercial vehicles in India — taxis, tourist vehicles, school buses, stage carriages, goods carriers and permit autos — a certified AIS-140 tracking device with a panic button is expected at permit and fitness renewal. Privately owned personal vehicles are usually not covered, though many owners fit one anyway to keep track of the vehicle. If you are unsure, tell us your vehicle type and we will tell you plainly.
What is AIS-140 in plain terms?
It is the Indian standard a vehicle tracking device has to meet: report its location continuously, survive vehicle conditions, and carry an emergency button. A device built to that standard is what the transport department expects to see fitted.
What does the price include?
The device and its connectivity, the panic button, fitting at your location, app setup and your installation certificate. One price per vehicle, paid when you book. There is no separate visiting charge.
Do you really come to my vehicle?
Yes. That is the whole idea — you do not drive anywhere or leave the vehicle with anyone. Give us the address where the vehicle will be at the time you choose, and the technician comes to it.
When do I get the installation certificate?
The same day the device is fitted. It carries your registration number, chassis number, the device IMEI and the fitting date.
Can I book more than one vehicle at once?
Yes. Add every vehicle to the same booking and we will plan the visit around all of them.
What if you do not cover my PIN code yet?
We tell you immediately, on the first screen, instead of taking your details and calling you back with bad news. Call or message us and we will tell you when we expect to reach your area.
